The government of Hawaii is petitioning to have the case reheard en banc, but until it is, there is a brief amount of time in which this lawsuit can be filed or for a temporary restraining order / preliminary injunction to be issued preventing the enforcement of the law against open carry in CA. It is Mr. Baird’s intention to file this lawsuit.
