1 I need help with my online order
1.1 I have a question about my online order, how do I get a hold of the right department.

All online orders are processed through our Yuma Warehouse entity, you can contact them by:

email:[email protected] (this will probably be the fastest way to get a hold of someone)

phone: 619-866-5101 (this method will have a delayed response if we have higher than normal order volumes)

1.2 How long does it take you to ship once I place an order?

Most shipments happen within 24 hours, however, we sometimes receive order volumes that can push shipping times out to 5 days.

1.3 Hey guys, I see you take a bunch of different Crypto-currency, I'd like to pay with my shitcoin, but you dont offer it, what do?

You can email us at [email protected] and we will consider accepting your preferred coin-type. There are a lot of coins out there that we just wont touch, so we can't guarantee that we will end up accepting your shitcoin.

1.4 Hey, I keep seeing these receipts posted online but I didn't get a cool receipt, WTF bro.

To get our actual receipts you need to visit us in person at one of our retail locations, online orders do not currently include these, they instead get packing slips.
