Leading Edge: Their two-piece housing design allows them to have a patented leading edge on the inner housing to goes into the magazine tube. This guarantees flawless feeding by eliminating the catch point at the transition from the extension to the magazine tube! There is no other magazine extension on the market that can say this!
Why it matters: Xtech doesn't believe in adding rounds at the cost of reliability… Glock itself, Ruger, and other pistol manufacturers have never produced more than a Plus 2 extension. Why? Because when you add more than 2 rounds to a double stack magazine, the follower leaves the magazine body and can catch on the way back up.
