Injection molding the X-Flare allows us to have an exponentially stronger and more stable product with a smooth polished lead into the lower receiver. Staying true to our core on reliable high quality and durable solutions, there was an obvious market demand. The existing injection molded magwells focused on enhanced grip for those using the forward hand to grip the mag-well. The methodology of gripping at the mag-well has long been replaced with vertical forward grips, grip stops and an overall mindset of moving the forward hand onto the rail and towards the muzzle of the rifle.
