In this course we will:
- Introduce and expose shooters to the joys of long-range shooting and get students good repeatable hits at 600-800 yards with the opportunity to shoot at 1000 yards.
- Help shooters select the best gear for their use and application.
- Explore different shooting positions and shoot different size targets at varying ranges.
- Introduce and show shooters how to properly set up their rifle.
- Provide an introduction to precision rifle optics.
- Provide an introduction to internal ballistics.
- Provide an introduction to external ballistics.
- Provide an introduction to data collection and retention for their rifle system.
- Provide an introduction to different D.O.P.E. gathering methods: DOPE vs. Try DOPE.
Rifles and all gear will be provided by Firearms Unknown.
Customer will be responsible for purchasing their ammunition from Firearms Unknown (at a discount).
No refunds will be given for this course.
