This is a police-trade-in (used) Gen 4 G17 was worked over and refurbised by the FU Custom shop.
First, we applied "Burnt Bronze" Cerakote to the slide and frame, then we applied "graphite black" and did our magic to give it that distressed/battle worn aesthetic.
This is a really cool custom piece.
This gun comes with one magazine and DOES come with four of the Gen4 backstraps.
During the refurbish process, FU staff inspects all the parts for heavy wear and damage, replacing any parts that may be worn out or damaged; once inspected all of the parts are cleaned and the slide and frame are Cerakoted by our staff.
It is also important to note that this is a used gun and may show slight imprefections (from before Cerakote) on the frame that are from the gun gun being carried by law enforcement. We do our best to pick the best ones for refurbishment but sometimes slight imprections show through after the gun has been coated.
