Along with the obvious durability of steel you also have the excellent recoil management associated with a slightly heavier frame when compared to the alloy frame models.
In spite of having an affordable price, the Girsan Influencer 1911 series of pistols is big on modern features. Ambidextrous thumb safety selectors allow for enhanced usability for right and left handed shooters. Serrations on the slide offers easier slide manipulations, and a flared magazine well gives you the ability to change magazines more quickly during competitions or stressful situations. But perhaps the best attribute of the Influencer is the optics ready capability. An optic cut on the slide allows for mounting of Shield RMS/RMSc footprint micro reflex sights for rapid and precise target acquisition in any lighting conditions.
