Firearms Unknown guarantees Firearms Unknown & Blitzkrieg Tactical firearms to be free from defects of workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse of the firearm.
This warranty does not cover standard wear and tear, is not transferable and may be voided if the customer or a third party alters the firearm in any way.
Firearms Unknown does not warranty damage caused by the use of reloaded or incorrect caliber ammunition.
In the event you feel you have a defective firearm, please contact Firearms Unknown at [email protected] to arrange inspection of the product.
In the event Firearms Unknown determines the firearm is defective; Firearms Unknown will repair the firearm or replace the firearm with an identical or "like kind" product free of charge.
Refunds are not given for warranty claims.
